Biscolata
The name Biscolata is inspired by two Italian words: biscotto, meaning biscuit or cookie, and latte al cioccolato, meaning milk chocolate.
This pattern features my signature crochet cable technique - simple yet striking. It uses only the most basic stitches - variations of single crochet and chains - to create richly textured, beautifully interwoven cables.
Biscolata alternates two colors, showcasing different stitch patterns: the beautiful swirls of crochet cables and the bold, textured diamonds, alternated with the single crochet ribbing ridges.
