The stitch pattern itself is not difficult, even though it is a bit different from my other patterns made with the same technique (Leaf shawls and tops, In Three Ways shawl and cowl, etc.). Using a hook with a sharper tip (to glide smoothly through the strands) speeds up the process a lot. If you don’t have a sharp-tipped hook, try a smaller size hook for the same purpose, but work the stitches relaxed. In fact, even with the proper size hook, work your stitches relaxed. Don’t be afraid to work loosely. The neat, accurate look, along with tons of volume and texture, will come naturally in this stitch.
